How to play

1. Pick a specialty from the menu, or hit "Surprise me" — each specialty has its own daily case, so you can play just one or work through several.
2. Every case starts with just the chief complaint and basic patient info. Type any question you'd like to ask the chart — history, exam, labs, imaging, meds, whatever you need. Ask as many as you like; there's no limit and no penalty.
3. Submit your diagnosis below. You get 4 attempts, each checked against the real diagnosis and its differentials.
4. Once you're right, a treatment section unlocks — submit the next step in management. You get 3 attempts, checked against the correct approach and common near-misses.
5. Broad questions like "tell me everything" will get redirected — ask about one thing at a time, the way you would on rounds.
6. Your streak is based on your best result of the day — play one specialty or all fourteen, whichever case goes best is what counts.

Full credit requires both the correct diagnosis and the correct treatment. Getting the diagnosis right but missing the treatment earns partial credit — still worth doing, but only full credit counts toward your streak.

A new case unlocks at midnight, local time. Good luck on rounds.
